On behalf of the jury composed of Kwek Leng Joo, Kozo Miyoshi, Paul Kohl, and Oh Soon-hwa,
I am very pleased to announce the recipients of the Kwek Leng Joo prize of Excellence in Still Photography.

The first award winner is Abednego Trianto Kurniawan, who will receive a 30,000 SGD award.
The runner-ups are Lim Shi Ean, Rachel and Tan Peiling. Each will be awarded 10,000 SGD.
These award winners were selected from our outstanding group of seniors who have just completed
their final year study in Photography and Digital Imaging at the School of Art, Design & Media, NTU.

This annual portfolio competition, sponsored by Mr. Kwek Leng Joo, aims at developing young talent and encouraging excellence and dedication of young photographers.

The winner and runner-ups’ works will be featured at the final year show of the School of Art, Design and Media, in July 2010.
